Swedish Gingerbread

A recipe from Rene's Swedish Grandmother, Maude deDon.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine or butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Add the other ingredients and mix again.
  3. Butter and sugar a small (6-cup) Bundt pan.
  4. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or a little less.
