Swedish Gingerbread
A recipe from Rene's Swedish Grandmother, Maude deDon.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine or butter (melted)
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add the other ingredients and mix again.
- Butter and sugar a small (6-cup) Bundt pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or a little less.
